State regulators approve $84m transmission line project

State regulators on Monday unanimously approved a proposed $84 million transmission-line project designed to boost the reliability of the region’s electric system.
The state Site Evaluation Committee green-lighted Eversources’s Seacoast Reliability Project — which will pass through Madbury, Durham, Newington and Portsmouth and will be buried partially in Little Bay.
