A proposed constitutional amendment would create an independent commission to draw boundaries for state elections in New Hampshire.
Current state law leaves redistricting to the state lawmakers. New Hampshire Public Radio reportsproposal supporters say that allows for gerrymandering, or the ability of the majority party to draw boundary lines in its favor.
