Lakes Region residents grumble about rumble strip plan

A large crowd turned out Wednesday to grumble about rumble strips the state Department of Transportation wants to reinstall on parts of Route 28 when it is resurfaced.
The meeting at Prospect Mountain High School was billed as an informational session to talk about rumble strips and to discuss how the DOT will address reinstallation of the strips after repaving is completed in the spring or summer of 2020.
