Bradley Wayfair bill signed by governor

A bill signed into law last Friday by Gov. Chris Sununu will help protect New Hampshire businesses from demands of out-of-state taxing jurisdictions, says Jeb Bradley, the bill’s prime sponsor.
Sen. Bradley (R-Wolfeboro) added that the law will particularly benefit Mount Washington Valley retailers.
The U.S. Supreme Court narrowly decided the South Dakota v. Wayfair Inc. case last year, holding that online home-goods retailer Wayfair had to collect sales tax in a state (South Dakota) in which it had no physical presence.
