New Hampshire real estate agents said the COVID-19 pandemic hasn’t hurt the home-selling market.
Realtors said inventory is low, but the market is sizzling hot right now, with some homes being bought sight unseen and often selling over the asking price.
“To say it’s competitive is totally an understatement,” said first-time homebuyer Katherine Dzenis.
Dzenis and Will Pugh have been trying to buy a house since January. They said they have been outbid on five homes so far.
