Officials cut the ribbon Tuesday on a first-of-its-kind water mitigation system at Pease.
U.S. Air Force officials and local dignitaries were on hand to mark the major milestone, which comes more than five years since the discovery of elevated PFAS contaminants in the Haven well, caused by firefighting foam used when Pease was an Air Force base.
