Keene residents to get second chance at Keno vote

Keene’s city council is doubling down on Keno, giving voters a second chance after voters rejected the game two years ago.
The council voted last week to put another Keno question on the Nov. 5 ballot at the request of Charlie McIntyre, the executive director of the New Hampshire Lottery.
