There is one big flaw in New Hampshire Democrats’ wolf-in-sheep’s clothing attempt at a state personal income tax: They forgot the sheep.
Writing in Thursday’s Union Leader Voices page, Senate Republican Leader Chuck Morse pointed out what is in fact stated in the Democrats’ so-called “family leave” bill. On page two of the bill it states that an employer may “withhold or divert no greater than 0.5 percent of wages per week per employee.”
