The $350,000 that the University System of New Hampshire is paying to former Plymouth State adjunct professor Nancy Strapko in the Kristie Torbick sex-abuse scandal is noteworthy for several reasons. We hope it isn’t going to be the excuse for an institution doing nothing the next time someone associated with it exercises appalling judgment.
