State House protector: Terry Pfaff right for new role

If the zealots do manage to spare the State House from the torch (see related editorial), it will give Terry Pfaff some more time to shine.
We have not seen the budget yet for his new office, but credit Democrats Donna Soucy and Steve Shurtleff for picking the right man to head a new office of chief legislative operating officer.
