Playing Medicaid politics: Looks like 2019 should be fun

A lot of New Hampshire conservatives and some groups (AFP-NH comes to mind) opposed the compromise Medicaid expansion that became law here. Proponents won the day, arguing that many of the estimated 50,000 individuals affected were and are battling with the opioid addiction crisis.
Since then, a bipartisan legislature agreed on some work requirements for a subset of those who qualified for the health assistance.
