Gregg, Swett speak up: Impeachment is a waste of time

There may be something to be said for this “purple state” thing that New Hampshire seems to have going for it these days.
The most sense we have seen made regarding the certain impeachment of President Donald Trump comes from two Granite Staters, one Republican and the other a Democrat.
Former Union Leader reporter John DiStaso, now with WMUR-TV, contacted retired U.S. Sen. Judd Gregg and former U.S. Rep. Dick Swett last week on the matter. Neither can be said to be a big Trump fan. But both said the U.S. House has failed to prove its impreachment case and the effort is a waste of time.
