The Concord resident has been working since last year to line up the necessary applications and registrations to get her digital startup SigniFlow in motion. Getting information about who to contact and what specific steps to take has proven difficult for Robak’s business, which aims to help companies digitize their paperwork. For months, Robak found herself relying on a word-of-mouth recommendations from the Small Business Association, the Concord Chamber of Commerce and other contacts she picked up along the way.
