Gov. Chris Sununu is moving to focus more on higher education and getting students out of the classroom to learn skills, while also allowing them to remain debt-free.
In his inaugural address on Thursday, he announced the New Hampshire Career Academies, modeled after a program at Spaulding High School in Rochester.
