State Education Commissioner Frank Edelblut announced Wednesday he has permanently revoked the teaching credential of a former Concord special education teacher charged with sexual assault of a child.
Primo “Howie” Leung entered into an agreement with the New Hampshire Department of Education (DOE) where he voluntarily surrendered his teaching credential which resulted in a permanent revocation, a department spokesman said in a release. Leung cannot apply or reapply for any credential from the state’s Board of Education moving forward, and is prohibited from working in any school district, charter, or private school in New Hampshire or any other state.
