Grenier advocates for Berlin earmark in governor’s budget

BERLIN — Gov. Chris Sununu is proposing to use about $168 million in surplus state funds for projects across the state including $300,000 for Hutchins Street work. Last week, Mayor Paul Grenier joined the governor and other local officials in advocating for the earmarks.
