DEPUTY Attorney General Jane Young is now running day-to-day operations at the Department of Justice, in the wake of Attorney General Gordon MacDonald’s nomination to the state Supreme Court.

Gov. Chris Sununu last week nominated MacDonald to replace Chief Justice Robert Lynn, who’s reaching the mandatory retirement age of 70.
