Court rules list of police officers who committed misconduct must be public

A Hillsborough County Superior Court judge has ruled to make the exculpatory evidence schedule, also known as the “Laurie List,” public.

“It consists of the names of police officers in the state of New Hampshire that have engaged in sustained findings of misconduct relating to credibility or truthfulness,” said Gilles Bissonnette, legal director of the American Civil Liberties Union of New Hampshire.
