House Committee Votes to Repeal N.H.’s Medicaid Work Requirement

A committee of New Hampshire House lawmakers is calling for the repeal of the state’s Medicaid work requirement.
The controversial change to the state’s expanded Medicaid program is currently on hold pending a federal lawsuit. It would require about 25,000 beneficiaries to work at least 100 hours each month or risk losing their health insurance.
