Rows of pictures showing New Hampshire residents who died of drug overdoses were on display at a forum Monday night as the community gathered to search for solutions after eight deaths were reported in Seabrook this year alone.

The forum was organized by local doctor and state Sen. Tom Sherman, D-Rye, who was alarmed by this year’s overdose death toll and wanted to bring together community members, law enforcement, healthcare professionals, and other organizations on the front lines of the opioid epidemic that are providing support to help those battling addiction.
