ACLU of New Hampshire files lawsuit on behalf of Army specialist seeking US citizenship

The New Hampshire chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit against the federal government today on behalf of a New Hampshire service member who is seeking U.S. citizenship.
According to the ACLU, Army Spc. Hiren Korat, of Littleton, enlisted two years ago under a program that recruits immigrants with specialized skills in exchange for expediting the citizenship process.
