N.H. joins multi-state investigation of Google antitrust allegations

New Hampshire has joined a multistate investigation of Google’s business practices to see if they conflict with antitrust laws.

Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald said his office would be part of a coalition led by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton“to investigate Google’s “overarching control of online advertising markets and search traffic” and whether it causes “anticompetitive behavior that harms consumers.” A total of 50 attorney generals have signed up.
