A list of recommendations to address sexual misconduct in Concord’s schools has been issued following an investigation into how the district handled accusations against former teacher Howie Leung.
The Concord School Board commissioned an investigation earlier this year into the district’s handling of allegations against Leung. That full report has not been released to the public, but Superintendent Terri Forsten and Concord High School principal Tom Sica have been placed on administrative leave pending a school board review of its findings.
