A New Hampshire man has been accused of voting in two communities during town elections last year.

Attorney General Gordon MacDonald says 30-year-old Douglas Carl Smith, Jr., of Warner, was arrested on Sunday on three counts of wrongful voting.

He’s accused of voting in both the towns of Grafton and Danbury during elections on March 13, 2018, a felony.
